Weather:
The eagle count was abandoned at 12:00 due to increasing snowfall and a bleak weather forecast. The count began at −7 �C and warmed slightly to −3 �C by noon. Ground winds were light, mainly from the west-southwest. Cloud cover ranged from approximately 50�100%, consisting of cumulus, cirrus, altostratus, and stratus clouds.

Non-raptor Observations:
3 Ravens, 3 Canada geese on the river, a large flock of 60 Canada geese flying northward, 2 Black-capped chickadees.
