Cloud cover and precipitation – Variable cloud cover above 65%, with significant periods of 100% cloud cover. Visibility varied significantly with periods of low cloud partially or completely obscuring passing migrants, to clear views over the ridge lines. Difficult visibility throughout various periods of the day. Low cloud prevented clear or adequate views of some raptors.
