Description of the Day:

Cloud cover varied from 30-80%. Wind gusted from the SW up to 30 km/h at ground level and 80 and ridge level. Those weather conditions were good for observation and migration but few raptors turned up to take advantage of them

6 Bald Eagles and 1 Sharp-shinned Hawk

1-2 pm with 3 migrants

1 Golden Eagle, 2 Bald Eagles and 1 Northern Goshawk

Other Birds of Note:

1 Belted Kingfisher, 1 American Dipper, 30 Bohemian Waxwings, 15 Pine Grosbeaks, 57 Common Redpolls, 43 White-winged Crossbills and 1 Dark-eyed Junco
